School District #2171 is the consolidation of Hallock, Humboldt and Kennedy school districts. Grades K-12 are located in one building in Hallock, MN which is 10 miles north of Kennedy. The school district can simply boast of consistently having some of the highest test scores in the State of Minnesota. We feel the quality of education here is top notch.
All the sports programs are cooperated with Lancaster Public Schools under the mascot of "Bearcats".
